SJSZ 65 Conical Double Screw Wood Plastic Composite WPC Door Frame UPVC Window Profile Extrusion Machine

The screws are specially designed for WPC powder material. The screws are conical meshed, with counter rotation direction. The rotation speed is 1-34.7rpm.


Heating rings: cast aluminum heating rings, with stainless steel cover. Cooling device: blower fan. Cooling medium: air. Heating zones: 4 zones. Total heating power: 19kw. Temperature range: 50~300ºC. There are 5 zones are reserved for mould.


Screw material: high quality alloy steel:
38CrMoAlA; nitrided. The nitrided layer thickness is 0.5-0.7mm. Surface hardness is HV740-940.


Barrel material: high quality alloy steel: 38CrMoAlA; nitrided. The nitrided layer thickness is 0.6-0.7mm. Surface hardness is≥ HV 940.
Screw and barrel quality guarantee: with advanced machining equipment, heat treatment process, and strict testing procedure. We can supply testing block and testing report.



With stainless steel hopper. Equipped with spiral feeder for extruder. Increased the hopper volume to 150KG and with stirring device( prevent building bridge)
