Normally we suggest customer adopt 2 production line for UPVC window profiles making. Main extruder is SJZ65/132, another line main model is SJZ55/110

 

For bigger size, can use SJZ65/132, extrusion speed about 1-1.5m/min. For small sizes, can be 2 outputs, extrusion speed around 2-3m/min

This production line not only application for making UPVC window profiles, also can make door frames or other profiles.

1- Main extruder: SJZ65/132 for UPVC window profiles making

1.1 Extrusion capacity: 180-220KG/H

1.2 Main motor power: 37KW, SIMO brand or INOVANCE

1.3 Extruder speed control: by inverter frequency, ABB brand or INOVANCE

1.4 Raw materials feeding: by twin screw with frequency control. BOGDA equip with 2 level meters to promise mixed material feeding to hopper.

2. Extrusion Mould for UPVC Window Profile Making

2.1 BOGDA company will test all extrusion mould

2.2 Mould material: 3Cr17, also can be customized materials

2.3 Whole mould include: mould die, calibrator mould, water tank

3- Calibrator Water Tank for UPVC window profiles making

3.1 If need soft PVC sealing with UPVC profiles, can choose post extrusion, use separate control cabinet

3.2 Lenth of water tank: 8m. With five sets vacuum pump and 2 sets water pump, for UPVC window profiles good forming

3.3 Quick-connect water and gas pipes, more easier installation

4- Haul off and cutting machine in one unit
