SPC stone plastic composite floor by extruder extrusion floor base material, then through a set of five roller for base material and printing layer composite machine, wear-resisting layer, layer of compound at the same time, through the rolling tension,wear-resisting layer accurate control of preheating, to put the volume not wrinkle, does not shrink,deformation, extrusion compound high production efficiency, product quality is stable.

SPC floor is very famous in the Europe and America,because it have many advantages compare with other kinds floor.The main raw material is PVC and calcium powder,if the amount of calcium powder is more than PVC, the lock of the floor will be more ductile and not easy to break.

The Whole SPC flooring project includes:

1)mixing, 2)extruder, 3)UV coating, 4)slitting, 5)slotting, 6)IXPE, 7)packing.

1)The mixing system mixes various raw materials according to formula.

2)The material is heated, rolled, and plasticized in the extruder.
3)Cover the floor with a layer of green and environmental protection UV curing coating, and the floor surface will have the
desired color and smoothness with more protection.

4)Cut the whole board into the finished floor size.

5)Slot each side of each
floor to process the lock structure.

6)Paste IXPE on the back of the floor to make the floor soundproof and mute, and make the
floor feel natural and comfortable.

7)Automatically package the finished floor by packaging machine.

Production Application

SPC Flooring (Rigid Vinyl Plank) is considered the new generation of floor covering.It is an upgrade and improvement of regular vinyl tiles(LVT).

SPC rigid flooring is set apart from other types of vinyl flooring by its uniquely resilient core layer.This core is made from a combination of natural limestone powder,polyvinyl chloride, and stabilizers.This provides an incredibly stable base for each flooring plank.You can't tell that is what's inside these floors once they're installed.The floors look like any other engineered vinyl floors,with the core completely hidden underneath.

* Wear layer: This transparent layer is at the top. It provides resistance to scratches and stains and is easy to keep clean.
* Decor layer: This layer provides the decoration for the plank. Colors and patterns are printed onto the vinyl.
* SPC layer: This is the dense, waterproof core for the plank made of natural limestone powder, polyvinyl chloride, and stabilizers. It provides rigidity and stability for the plank.
* Back Padding: This layer is generally made from IXPE , which provides sound insulation and cushioning.
