Plastic pellet extruder consists of extruder assorting with relative granulating auxiliary machine. It is mainly used in the
processing of PVC granules and grains produced and uniform, dense and beautiful to look at.
The machine has same features. It can fine plasticizing, high productive efficiency, impact construction in the whole machine and high automatization, adopts conical twin screw installs on the extruder, and the PVC material mixture with other material ,such as: CaCO3, CPE, static, wax and so on. The granules/ pellets can be used to extrusion, injection etc. This plastic pellet extruder machine with Twin screw extruder, pelletizing/ granulating mould, hot face cutting machine, hot wind convey system for discharge.This extruder can process rigid and soft PVC.

This production line is used to produce PVC granule includes rigid PVC and soft PVC.The usage for PVC granule is for extrusion,injection and other areas.
PVC particle is the basic material of other PVC plastic product.Other auxiliary materials need to be added when extrude the material.
PVC is one of the most widely used plastic materials. PVC is an amorphous material. Stabilizer, lubricant, auxiliary processing agent, pigment, anti impact agent and other additives are often added to PVC materials in actual use.
PVC material has non flammability, high strength, weather resistance and excellent geometric stability. PVC has strong resistance to oxidant, reductant and strong acid. However, it can be corroded by concentrated oxidizing acid, such as concentrated sulfuricacid and concentrated nitric acid, and it is not suitable for contacting with aromatic hydrocarbon and chlorinated hydrocarbon.
The melting temperature of PVC is a very important process parameter during processing. If this parameter is not appropriate, it will lead to the problem of material decomposition. The flow characteristics of PVC are quite poor, and its process range is very narrow. Especially the high molecular weight PVC material is more difficult to process (this material usually needs to add lubricant to improve the flow characteristics), so the low molecular weight PVC material is usually used. The shrinkage of PVC is quite low, generally 0.2-0.6%.
