Application For PET Sheet Extrusion Line

PET sheet material single screw exhaust production line only needs to PET crystallization, do not need to dry. Its advantages: low energy consumption, simple process, convenient equipment maintenance.

PETG is a transparent and amorphous copolyester. PETG sheet has outstanding toughness and high impact strength, the impact strength of which is 3-10 times that of modified polyacrylate, and has a wide processing range, high mechanical strength and excellent flexibility. Compared with PVC, PETG sheet has high transparency, good gloss, easy printing and environmental protection advantages.

 

Using conventional methods of molding, can be prepared 1 ~ 25.4 mm thick transparent material, outstanding toughness and high impact strength, the impact strength is modified polyacrylic ester 3 ~ 10 times, excellent formability, cold bending is not white, no crack, easy to printing and decorate, widely used in indoor and outdoor signs, store content wearing, vending machine panel, furniture, construction and mechanical damper, etc.
