Conical twin screw extruder, specially designed for the PVC powder extruding, it can be equipped in PVC pipe production line, PVC profile production line, WPC profiles production line, also used for PVC hot die face granulating line.
PVC Conical twin screw extruder ' screw structure also can re-designed according to customer's detail raw material and the purposes.
Different models extruders, such as SJSZ45/90; 45/100; 48; 50/105(also can be said 51/105); 55/120; 65/132; 80/156; 92/188; 110/220.
normal gearbox is horizontal, also can supply vertical integral gearbox if customer require. or extruder also can according to customer's required design.
Vertical type
SZ conical twin-screw extruder gearbox is a special mechanical transmission device matched with conical twin-screw extruder. The transmission box adopts JB/T9050.1-1999 standard design, and the gear and shaft parts are made of high-strength alloy steel. The gears are ground by carburizing and quenching, the precision of the gears is grade 6, and the hardness of the tooth surface is HRC54-62. The distribution box is made of ductile iron. The bevel gear is carburized with 20CrMnTi, and the gear hobbing adopts CNC hobbing cutting, and its taper angle accuracy is much higher than other processing methods. All oil seals are imported products. Both the transmission box and the distribution box are equipped with cooling coils for lubricating oil cooling.
Barrel and Screw, materials is 38CrMoALA. According to different usage, surface treatment aslo have difference.

3# by PLC control, SIEMENS PLC and screen touch
