Main functions of UPVC window and door profiles
1, heat preservation and energy saving. The multi-cavity structure of UPVC profiles provides excellent thermal insulation and low heat transfer coefficients, only 1/357 of steel and 1/1250 of aluminum. Its economic and social benefits are enormous.
2. Air tightness. All cracks of UPVC Windows&Doors are equipped with rubber and plastic sealing strips and wool strips, so their air tightness is much higher than aluminum alloy doors and Windows. The air tightness of UPVC Casement Windows is higher than that of push-pull Windows. Under normal circumstances, the air tightness of casement window can reach five levels, and the push-pull window can reach two levels.
3. Water tightness. Because UPVC profile has a unique multi-cavity structure, all have independent drainage cavity. Whether frame or fan water can be effectively discharged. The water tightness of UPVC casement Windows is much higher than that of push-pull Windows. Under normal circumstances, the water tightness of horizontal Windows can reach level 5, and push-pull Windows can reach level 3 to level 4.
